Seminyak beach is only a ten minute walk from the villa. It is Bali’s most fashionable district, including many privately-owned villas, boutique shopping and walking access to great beach, and only 30 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport.

Architect Design
In design Villa Nunia, we involved the famous Mr. Fredo Taffin of ESPACE concept, which has been well known in architecture and design. Villa Nunia is built in one secure fully private compound and offers comport with its Balinese and tropical style. Villa Nunia is built in shiny white minimalist concept combined with natural mountain rock. Every villa has its own beautiful pool and surrounded with sand shades.
Interior Design
Combining Balinese and Modern style was concept of Mr. Agni from IDEA Bali. Why choosing this design concept? Because the designer wanted a modern yet still boasting its Balinese style which is the special mark of BALI. This is why we should own a villa in BALI. With the combination of the concept, we can actually enjoy staying in BALI.
