The Riverside Villas are your personal Shangri-La. Set within a Balinese village in Kerobokan and surrounded by green belt rice fields, the Riverside Villas are skirted by a tranquil river that borders all three properties.

The recently completed Riverside Villa One (RV1) is located just ten minutes from famous restaurants such as Kudeta and La Luciola, and is positioned just within the entrance to our boutique three-villa complex. Consisting of four bedrooms, Villa One has two main bedrooms in the villa itself and two bungalow bedrooms, nestled across the nearby river and accessible by footbridge. The complex is surrounded by exotic gardens and landscaping, with its own 14-meter pool with sun loungers and umbrellas to suit.

RV2’s terraced, landscaped grounds look down onto the living area, which is laid out around a split-level central living area for all to enjoy. The property is designed around a traditional Balinese-style open-sided living and dining area. Designed to seat eight people comfortably, the dining area is a few steps away from the expansive infinity-edged 14-meter swimming pool. Its glittering reflection will add that exotic touch while entertaining. Come daytime, take the plunge or relax on the sun loungers with umbrellas to suit.

Riverside Villa 3 (RV3) is a quaint, three bedroom rendition of a traditional Javanese teak house.
The simple and functional layout of the open kitchen, dining and living areas create a warm and sociable atmosphere. The master bedroom is a detached, fully teak bungalow set amongst the canopy of an enormous jasmine tree.
