• Two-bedroom villa
  Occupying the land space close to rice field, this 2-bedroom villa has access to a superb view.
  Moreover, it completely lies on the control of your hand. View access in front of swimming pool can be arranged by opening sliding wooden partition. Meanwhile, standard facilities of kitchen and entertainment are provided to meet your demand.You can feel the comfort of our villa living within the stillness of perfect hideaway.
  
• Three-bedroom villa
  When you step into the three-bedroom villa, it is just like entering your own home on paradise. Master bedroom sits just in front of 12 square meter swimming pool. Meanwhile, the other two bedrooms lie on the second floor of another building. From here, you can observe the spread of ever-changing rice field in the front view. Then, spacious kitchen and living room are on the first floor. If happen to need mermaid for your convenience, the room is available in the back. Exceptionally, it provides two showers, namely indoor and outdoor one. One tree-bedroom villa with single floor offers a direct access to rice-field view, just like that in the two-bedroom villas.

• Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day
  
• Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate

High Season: 3-NIGHTS
Peak Season: 5-NIGHTS

ACCOMMODATION RATES IS PER VILLA OR PER BEDROOM BOOKING (NOT PER PERSON), PER NIGHT AND INCLUSIVE OF:

• Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car

• Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa

• Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks

• Flower arrangement in villa

• Daily choice of Breakfast in villa

• Shuttle service to Seminyak, and Legian areas

• Minimum 5 nights consecutive stay receive set menu dinner in villa

• Serviced daily including housekeeping, ground maintenance, and restaurant order for lunch or dinner.

Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guests' account.
